This still applies even if it does match the criteria. For example, if a file is marked as hidden in the computer’s file system and you've selected Hidden Files in Ignore (see screenshot for reference), CCleaner won't consider it a duplicate. It may take a long while to download all your photos.
All your photos will be available in your computer under your Google Drive folder. Go to and enable "Create a Google Photos folder" in the options. You can use Google Drive to get your photos and use an other software to delete duplicates.
